Wanted Accused Arrested by Bahadurgarh Police

Hapur – The Bahadurgarh Police have successfully apprehended a wanted accused in connection with a pending case at the police station. The arrest was made as part of an ongoing campaign initiated by the Hapur Police to curb crime and arrest wanted criminals in the district.

According to the authorities, the accused was wanted in Case No. 14/2025 under sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 123, 340(2), 351(2),(3), 61(2) of the BNS. The arrest took place near the turn leading to village Mohammadpur Rustampur, following a well-planned operation by the Bahadurgarh Police.

Station in-charge Arvind Chaudhary confirmed the identity of the accused as Manish, son of Tejpal, a resident of village Mohammadpur Rustampur, Bahadurgarh police station, Hapur district. After his arrest, legal proceedings were carried out, and the accused was presented before the court. Following the hearing, he was remanded to judicial custody and sent to jail.

The police have assured that their crackdown on criminals will continue to ensure law and order in the district.
